YoCierge Inc. ("us," "we," or "our") operates the https://yocierge.com/ website (the "Service").

This Privacy Policy, in conjunction with the Company's Terms and Conditions (https://yocierge.com/terms_and_conditions/) ("Terms and Conditions"), informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. Additionally, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE DATA PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR TO THE TERMS SPECIFIED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN PLEASE CLOSE YOUR BROWSER IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICE.

Information Collection and Use

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, and postal address ("Personal Information").

We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our services.

Additionally, we utilize a YoCierge’s Patient Portal ("the Portal") to collect, store, and disclose information. Through the Portal, you can:

  • Access and Download Information: Log in to the Portal to access and download your personal health information.
  • Manage Consent: Easily give, revoke, or modify your consent preferences regarding the use and sharing of your information.
  • Update Information: Update your personal information directly through the Portal, ensuring that all your data remains accurate and current.
  • Control Data Sharing: Authorize access and sharing of your information with third-party entities, and you will be notified whenever a third party accesses your data. You can also review a complete record of all data accessed by third parties within the Portal.

The YoCierge’s Portal is designed to provide you with meaningful control over your health information. We are committed to ensuring your data is securely managed and your privacy preferences are respected.

Log Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

In addition, we may use third party services—such as Google Analytics—that collect, monitor, and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service's functionality. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information, and it is recommended that you visit their respective sites and privacy policies for additional and specific information regarding their data collection practices.

Children's Privacy

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to be bound by the Company’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at [email protected]. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

YoCierge Patient Facing Record Retrieval App

In addition to, or as part of, the Service, you may use the "YoCierge Patient Facing Record Retrieval App" ("the App"). Your use of the app is strictly governed by the Company's Terms and Conditions (https://yocierge.com/terms_and_conditions), and the data practices therein are in accordance with both the provisions herein and the below.

Specifically, in the App, the Company shall store your data on servers in the United States. The only people to have access to your data will be Company staff and people/groups that you so designate. You may authorize access and sharing of your information with third-party entities, and you, generally, will not be notified of third-party access. The App does allow you to obtain a complete record of who has accessed data about you, however.

The Company allows you to obtain a complete record of the data that it has collected from you in the App, and the Company further allows you to delete all of the data that we/the App has collected from you. The App itself further allows you to delete the data that you have stored there, and the App does NOT retain your data after you have deleted the App and closed your account. Alternatively, the App shall store your data for seven (7) years from the date of retrieval, unless otherwise instructed by you.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of November 5, 2024, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes to its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time, and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
